This house plan is a 12×9 meter house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It also has a shed roof, which means that the roof slopes down on all sides, like a pyramid. This plan can be used for any style of home design from modern to traditional. The floor plan is open and airy, with lots of natural light coming in through large windows and sliding glass doors. There is no need for interior walls because there are so many windows. The kitchen was designed so that it could be opened up to the living room as well as the dining area. This will allow for easy entertaining when having guests over for dinner.

Similarly, to the roof border color we choose a bite dark and light color combination together with a big glass door and window to get the house look so beautiful and Modern house.

For interior design of this house we do a simple design as it will lower cost the price to build.

 

The Elevation 3d:

The master bedroom has its own bathroom as well as two closets for storage purposes. There is also a laundry closet located near the kitchen area so that you don’t have to go upstairs if you need something clean after cooking dinner or doing some laundry during those busy days at work!

The other two bedrooms share one bathroom between them which means less space needed overall but still enough room left over if someone wanted their own private place away from everyone else when needing some privacy while taking care of personal needs like showering or brushing teeth before going
